• Available in structured time blocks billed in advance
• Overtime applies when daily hours exceed agreed limits
• Remote troubleshooting available with a defined minimum time
• Best suited for recurring maintenance, preventative care, and larger projects

On-demand service for urgent or unplanned maintenance needs.
• On-demand service during standard, after-hours, or holiday windows
• Minimum time applies per dispatch
• Response times provided at dispatch based on severity and scope
• Basic tools and materials included, additional materials sourced as needed
• Materials billed at cost plus markup with itemized invoicing for full transparency
