TYSONS CORNER, VA – January 11, 2019 – The Washington DC regional office of Barkan Management has announced that Todd Zylka, CPM has joined the company as a Portfolio Manager. Zylka will oversee a portfolio of condominiums and cooperatives in the Washington DC area.
Zylka brings close to 25 years of experience in property management and development and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He comes to Barkan from Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he was responsible for several large-scale mixed-use residential and retail projects. Prior to that, Zylka served as the VP of Operations for the Hunt Companies, where he was responsible for the operations of that company’s residential portfolio of 27 communities (17,500+ units) in 18 states.
