BOSTON, MA – May 2, 2019 – Barkan Management Company, an industry-leader in residential property management with 174 properties under management in seven states, is pleased to announce that Russell Johnson, CPM, has joined the company as Chief Administrative Officer.
Johnson brings more than 25 years of professional management experience to Barkan. Most recently, he was Vice President and Regional Director at Norwood-based HallKeen Management, where he oversaw a portfolio of 45 apartment communities throughout New England, New York, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida.
