We’re led by a highly credentialed executive team. Our senior staff includes five Certified Property Managers (CPM), a designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, nine Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM) and twelve Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), both designations awarded by the Community Association Institute, a National Affordable Housing Professional, a designation awarded by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and numerous other housing management and compliance certifications.

Jill Campbell, Director of Construction

With our roots as a construction company dating to 1964 combined with Barkan Management’s experience in capital repair and replacement projects, we’re an excellent resource for our clients. Jill carries on that legacy by working with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to complete capital improvement projects both interior and exterior.  She has deep experience with common area refurbishment, envelope replacement projects, mechanical systems upgrades, and landscape improvements. Barkan’s clients are comforted knowing their trusted management company has a dedicated professional who is focused on projects to maintain and improve their assets.

Danny Giraldo, Lead Foreman — Barkan Home Services

For more than 10 years Danny has been the lead foreman for numerous common area and unit renovation projects across the Barkan Management portfolio. He has extensive experience in maintenance and light construction and a dedicated network of specialists who deliver to Barkan Management’s standards. Most of all, Danny recognizes that he is working in peoples’ homes, so he goes to great lengths to minimize disruption, do quality work and complete the project reliably.
