Barkan Announces New Condominium Management Assignments

Luxury Has a New Name — Among recent additions to the Barkan Management client portfolio of luxury residences is the Bryant Back Bay, a 50-unit condominium on Columbus Avenue in Boston.

The Bryant’s pristine architecture, all new construction and superb amenities make it a distinctive addition to the local skyline.

Straddling the dividing line between two of Boston’s most exciting downtown neighborhoods, the South End and the Back Bay, the Bryant (formerly, the Bryant Columbus) features enormous, three-bedroom, floor-through residences. Every unit above ground level has private elevator access.

Unique to other downtown condominiums, the Bryant has its own resident general manager, who will be available to unit owners on a 24-hour basis. The community will also be staffed with a professionally trained concierge and lobby attendant.

Drawing on a circle of Barkan qualified vendors, Bryant unit owners will benefit an exceptionally high level of service.

As the leading manager of fine condominium residences in New England, Barkan will oversee all of the Bryant’s operational, financial and service functions.

Janet Meaney, Senior Vice President, serves as Barkan’s account supervisor at the Bryant. She may be contacted directly at the Barkan Companies at 617-482-5500.

Potter Pond in Lexington — One hundred Royal Barry Wills-designed townhouses are situated on a beautifully landscaped 43-acre site abutting conservation lands. Mature trees and flowering shrubbery highlight the property, which is anchored at its center by a gracefully formed pond.
Porter 156 in East Boston — Adaptive reuse is a central feature of this 216-unit residential community in a former General Electric manufacturing facility. Sixteen-foot ceilings and loft designs highlight this dramatic property, which has become the favorite of flight personnel from nearby Logan Airport.
Fuller Pond Village in Middleton — Impeccable colonial exterior designs and a picturesque natural landscape set among town conservation land defines this 177-unit townhouse community. Barkan has just completed a reserve study for the Fuller Pond Association and plans to begin capital improvements in the near future.
Battery Wharf in Boston — Barkan is honored to have been selected to manage this new, luxury, mixed-use property. A 104-unit condominium with marina and a 150-room, five-star luxury hotel (the Fairmont), Battery Wharf is located on Commercial Street on the Boston waterfront.
Longwood Towers in Brookline — Stately Gothic architecture and a magnificent central court lend this 245 unit landmark property near Frederick Law Olmsted’s Emerald Necklace an air of grace and dignity. Currently, the “Towers”, is undergoing extensive renovation.
