Laura has fourteen years of experience in various aspects of property management, including condominium, cooperative, rental and subsidized housing. She holds a variety of professional designations, including Certified Occupancy Specialist and Certified Tax Credit Compliance Specialist. Presently, she provides oversight for several Barkan-managed residential communities in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Her relationships with her clients are notable in that they are enduring. She received her BA from the State University of New York, College at Oswego and is working for her CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation.
