Gisela Medek, Compliance Manager for Assisted Housing, has focused on subsidized housing for the last eight years. Previously, she spent several years as a property manager in the affordable housing arena. Specializing in compliance issues, she has worked to forge strong relationships with funding and training institutions. Gisela is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She has completed all education and examination requirements for the designation. Among the many credentials she currently holds are those of Management Specialist with the Oregon Nonprofit Housing agency and a Certified Occupancy Specialist certification from the National Center for Housing Management. Gisela is a graduate of Reed College in Portland, Oregon.
