Gerald Meaney is a seasoned manager having more than twenty years of experience in residential property management with a specific concentration on physical plant management. Prior to joining BMC, Jerry held positions with The Niles Company, as Vice President of Management, and more recently with American Properties Team, Inc., as Vice President of Condominium Operations where he supervised a diverse portfolio of communities. In addition to overseeing a property portfolio, Jerry heads up Barkan Home Services. Jerry earned an Associates Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
