Bill has almost three decades of progressive experience in the property management industry. Since joining Barkan Management in 1994, he has led the organization to become the leading third party manager of residential properties in Massachusetts. In addition to the unprecedented growth of the company's management portfolio, Bill has established affiliate service companies providing real estate brokerage, renovation and maintenance services to its client properties. Bill earned a B.S. degree from Boston College and is an IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Certified Property Manager. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. He is also a past President of the Rental Housing Association.
