John Del Vecchio serves as Vice President of Barkan Management, with responsibility for a portfolio that includes some of Boston's most prestigious condominium associations. He holds numerous professional designations in the property management field and has over twenty-five years of experience in community association management. In his most recent assignment before rejoining Barkan, where he worked in the late 1980s, he was responsible for over 4000 condominium units. Among his professional certifications, John is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and has achieved the Association Management specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) designations. He is also a registered notary public.
